Why's btc almost $300 higher on Bitfinex? I can just buy btc cheaper and sell it for profit there, right? Am I missing something?

Bitfinex as an exchange service is very likely insolvent and they are willing to pay a premium to move what money they have left out of the exchange. Same exact trading behavior occurred in the days just before Mt. Gox collapsed.
