Liquid is used to make "fast transactions with two minute confirmations" Which is kind of dumb anyway because its not like there is any mining and consensus is reached from a third party anyway. Although it uses a """""blockchain"""""

RSK I don't know much about, but it sounds like it just does smart contracts which are available on Bitcoin's original code anyway. Except this takes it off chain to a third party to execute the contract. Which is to say its not a smart contract at all.
