I am not sure if the Tulip Trust exists at all, or if it's what everyone thinks it is. Look, the Tulip Trust is based on the idea that they both supposedly gave away their private keys to be stored in a bank vault until a certain date. But a private key is not something like a legal document or a gold bullion. Even if you "give away" your private key, if you remember it or have a copy saved somewhere, you still have access to it. Now, how is the bank supposed to track if the funds are moved? To monitor the blockchain explorer? Is the blockchain explorer even legally recognized? Very, very strange. Of course, I could be wrong, but it's still a moot point.

Besides the emails and (also admitted) unfortunate matter(s) of the Dave Kleiman signature forgeries on asset transfer contracts, etc - hes really up shit creek without a paddle with:
https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536.24.29.pdf
Thats a written court declaration (under threat of perjury) that Creggies:
(i) Never heard of a place called Florida, maybe passed through it, once
(ii) Never done business there, nope
(iii) Barely knew Dave Kleiman (met him twice)
(iv) Never had anything to do with a company called W&K, never acted for them, knows nothing about them,
etc.
The sheer amount of written evidence to the contrary demonstrating this be horseshit pure - W&K = 'Wright & Kleiman' = A Florida Registered Firm - is laughable. Craig himself appears to be arguing both that the W&K documents entitle him to steal Kleimans share (see forgeries prev.) AND that the firm was, at the same time, nothing to do with him, BUT hes entitled to all the assets, because. Its this dancing at multiple weddings simultaneously gonna see him hung - he is, literally, perjuring himself near everytime he opens his mouth now

>Tulip Trust
For a trust to exist the trustors (Wright & Kleiman) entrust property to a trustee, there are generally rules about what a beneficiary can do set up by the trustors. The trustee is simply there to follow the rules of the trust. Let say a common one would be, No trust fund with out Uni.

Surely, the trustee can see that Wright is not 'enhancing the value & position of bitcoin' if this is correct. I can't see how the trustee can give Craig access. The trust MUST have other beneficiaries.

Craig's habit of fabricating things stems from little details. The last time he was caught was, I believe, a few weeks ago with the fake bitcoin.org purchase receipt. It's pretty strange that he still hasn't stopped the practice. Strange and irrational. Craig's shills claim that it's all Blockstream propaganda (but then, why would Craig give his competitors such a convenient reason?), or that he's simply baiting the disbelievers into posting stupid things about himself (what's the point in staining his reputation?), or that one should not pay attention to little details at all (hey, they're statistical noise anyway) and focus on his credentials and the tech. It's all so tiresome.

i sold most of my BTC in 2017, was lucky and managed to do it at around the very top. i had planned to exit crypto because no way BTC was worth fucking 20k. it was ridiculous and i thought it would crash even more than it did.

but BCH pulled me back in. it felt like 2010 again, bitcoin was back. i had hope. then the november fork happened and I saw how poorly BCH dealt with it. i watched the livestreams. and automatic checkpoints, really? BSV really has the most bitcoinness and i believe the most in bitcoin. i know that crypto exists in reality, where patents matter. and i know that bitcoin MUST be legal for super big companies to adopt it. BSV gets that. but i haven't counted out BCH completely yet. BTC is a garbage project with garbage hodler-supporters and garbage developers (because they have ulterior motives holding it back). only reason i still have some BTC is because people are stupid and it might go up in price again.
