Except for Ethereum. They are full on actual real development on GitHub that you can see yourself. There are dapps being build all the time, mostly fintech like dharma, compound.finance, MakerDao, BAT, exchanges and instant cantors, insurances and other services. Pretty cool if you get deep into this space.
