Okay OP, so

If you’re BTC wallet was made pre-fork it’s the same as your BCH wallet so it would just cycle back to you

If your BTC or BCH wallets were made after the fork, there isn’t a corresponding wallet on BTC to your BCH address so your funds will cycle back
