Depends where you live.

If you live in NYC or SF, you are a poorfag if you make total comp of less than $150,000/year

If you live in Seattle or Washington D.C., you are a poorfag if you make less than $120,000/year

If you live in Philadelphia or Dallas, you are a poorfag if you make less than $100,000/year

If you live in Raleigh or Omaha, you are a poorfag if you make less than $80,000/year

If you live in bumfuck nowhere, you are a poorfag if you make less than $60,000/year

well, federal poverty income is approximately $25k, so if you'd prefer to identify poorfag according to the government's definition, then there you have it: less than $25,000 no matter where you live.

According to the link you sent 10% of people make at least $100,000/year, it's achievable and /biz/ bros are the ones with the drive to achieve it

IMO making enough money to not be a poorfag is making enough money where you can realistically save 50% of what you make. If you can save that much and invest wisely, you can retire in your late 30s / early 40s.

I worked 20 hours part-time at just over minimum wage and saved more than 50% of that. Didn't mean I wasnt a poorfag
