Door to door landscaping + snow shoveling in boomer dense areas. Make them sign up for a season up front in cash or check (checks are like smartcontracts to boomers, they love them). Price your model so it seems cheaper than them paying for all the consecutive months in the season (boomers need to think they are saving money when they spend money) and have business cards and receipts (total <$20 at office store) because boomers need things to feel official. Ring doorbell once and then back up and stand on the step lower than the one you enter the house at (boomers love to feel superior, like their age matters). Pretend like you live no more than 3 blocks away (boomers love to feel like they are helping community). Easy $$ all summer. When they sign up, offer them a discount if they suggest neighbors who would also sign up. Then when you go to the neighbors house you can say "Mr. Bob Boomerson said you might like to have x service..." (boomers love to feel like they are socially networked)
