For anyone who doesn’t want to read into this FUD. Basically chainlink promised 32m ico cap and people are butthurt because they sold 29m in presale due to Eth’s price volatility at the time. They only had room to sell 3m during the regular sale and too many people sent their eth over the limit so it got locked up for a day. No one was scammed as they returned all the Eth that was sent over the cap.
