This guy makes great content and if youre considering passive income, his channel is the one to watch. Does a lot of "Why not to buy X franchise" videos, telling people all the bad things the companies hide from them, when they are baiting people. Franchise starters tend to only look at the good, none of the bad and just assume its going to be a shit ton of easy money. His videos break that delusion and can save you a LOT of hardship and losses. His videos on property buying are especially relevant.

Literally non of this works. You have to put in 100's of hours to make like $200 a month. It works out to pennies per hour for the effort you put in.
