Negotiate the best salary you can right now, then use that if it helps in your new offer. It’s usually not a good idea to threaten current employer with an outside offer and more often than not that will not work out like you plan. The way to get more money is to get a better offer and leave, then come back after a few years if you really want to work at your first place.
