One of the best aspects of enjoying something like Star Wars is knowing that you have people that love it as much as you do. I used to read the books, scour the wiki, and watch the movies. I grew up on Star Wars and had friends that loved it as much as I did.
Would I have loved it if those people who liked it were annoying? If those people were good people and better friends?
Probably not.
These faggots are killing or have killed Star Wars. It isn't what it used to be and that's because nu-male fans became the bigger audience. Meaning that the media is now tailored more towards them than epic scale high fantasy in space. Its political garbage wrapped in a veil of Skywalker. We'll never see a space knight take down an evil space wizard again and see the redemption of a father through the actions of a loving son who believed, despite all that was put before him, that the most evil man in the world had some good left in him and that it was worth fighting for.
