I’d first work on getting a bigger place with preferably a barn so I wouldn’t have to keep Pepe and friends inside this little box. I want to soon make free range chickens so $100k would help me get started. Would get coop warmers and top feed for them to start with

Breh. Midwestern cities have plenty of affordable du and triplexes that go for $150-300k and return at least 1-1.5% that per month. Now you're paying into an investment with someone else's money and pocketing the difference. There's a lot of value to be found in RE if you're willing to look.

That's what my parents did, bought two pre construction condos for around 250k, now both worth 500k but renting it out to pay off the mortage. For myself I'm looking for what they got but it's hard to find good listings and investment options in RE right now.

Just because your parents got rich off an investment doesn't mean it's a good investment year later. It's possible we're at a housing top, especially in Canada after we've had a crazy runup these past few years
Only do it if you can rent it out for more than a mortgage + property taxes + maintenance. Anything else is relying on appreciation and that's not a guarantee.

Can you imagine how cucked you'd be if in 5 years interest rates went up 4%, RE prices fell 20-50%, and you've spent more on maintenance than you received in rent? lmao I swear only brainwashed retards that fell for the "buy a house to be an adult" meme would put themselves in such a risky position

Forgot to answer OPs question.
Find a business case that is profitable, that you can scale, and that has a low burn rate (low ongoing costs), and low initial costs.
This is the hardest part because it's not trivial to tell whether a business will be successful before trying it. I recommend focusing on an industry you're familiar with. Stay away from owning a storefront or physical space, if it's required, put it off until it's absolutely necessary and just work out of your home until then. Things like dropshipping are a good example because it removes the risk of potentially being stuck holding inventory that won't sell, and it keeps initial costs low

Once you have established your business and it's making a stable profit, you need to expand and scale it as much as you can.
Now that you're raking in the money:
- reinvest that money into owning the entire supply chain (if you're not already) - this lets you get the things you need at cost and removes the tax you would have paid each step of the way.
- establish your brand as the best in industry, there's a lot of value with owning the top brand, and it helps ward off new-comers that want a slice of your money pie.

Teradyne; $7.1 billion
Kuka; $2.4 billion
Fanuc; $35 billion
ABB; $42 billion
Yaskawa Electric; $7.6 billion

All of them except ABB (and maybe Fanuc), because it will be hard for them to grow more and even if they did, at most you'd get like 1.5-2x. The demand increases and ABB can't serve the entire market cause they've already stretched too much. This means that others should pick up the slack if they're not retarded. Probably the safest bet is to diversify into all of them and see what sticks.
