You seem to think /biz/ knows anything about finances or business. You will soon learn how mistaken you are.

The interest literally exceeds the price of the car. Thought it was old until I saw the date.
That car is worth $15k the moment it left the floor. Trading it in would net a $32k loss. Entertaining to say the least. The APR is ridiculously high but similar scenarios aren't that uncommon.

Good work. It's nicer having a cheap car with no payments. You also don't have to worry about dents etc. Its kind of a blessing driving a cheaper car. Owning a new car looses its shine after a few months, I never liked the anxiety, well when you don't have the money to not care so much about it.
Credit score doesn't matter if you won't need it. If you absolutely do need it in the future a few years with a $500 card and being responsible will get you a decent score. No need to be a debt slave at all.

where's that image of the guy who took like a 400k loan from the arab emirates right at the top of the crypto bubble

Jesus. Does this mean a sharp drop off in new car sales if shit hits the fan? I've noticed repo's on the rise. Clearly it's only just started.

Off topic but even PayPal has started a buy now pay later scheme available to everyone. Similar to ZipPay and AfterPay. It's like there is another big push to put everyone in some form of low value item debt. 7 year car loans are slowly catching on which worries me.
