every other shitcoin can easily get 51%'ed, exit scam or run out of funds.

It's not a fork and it doesn't claim to be superior. It's basically a restart of bitcoin, but inside the EVM. It implements all of the same ideals that Satoshi laid out in his white paper, but it is in't connected to the original BTC chain since there is no way to trustlessly fork something cross-chain. The whole point of it is to create the first trustless and decentralized asset on Ethereum.

You could say that if Bitcoin is the currency used on the Internet, then 0xBitcoin aims to be the currency used on Ethereum. It's a bit of a long shot, but if Ethereum works out as well as it's slated to, then buying 0xBTC might be one of the best ways to profit from its success.
