They are bringing in a bunch of pajeets and they expect you to train them before they fire you also. Now is the time to ask for a raise and a contract for at least 3-6 months which describe your duties and responsibilities exactly. If they don't comply then it means you are on the chopping block too after they extract your knowledge.

This part is important. As a business owner I'd possibly oblige with a raise with the intent that I'm going to replace them with a cheaper one ASAP, especially when your department is being restructured or potentially dead.
