Whaddup /biz/lets. I've been doing affiliate marketing with paid traffic for some years now but only got serious last year. Anyone else here do paid traffic?

April has been a good month for me so far, $12k+ in profit - not too shabby!

>> No.13297606

No love for affiliate marketing? Anyone looking for a viable way to make consistent money online should definitely take a look at AM.

>> No.13297625

I'm interested. Got a crypto related website. How do I get people to come to my page and sign up as affiliate.

>> No.13297642

>>13297625
I do primarily paid traffic. ie. mobile pop-ups, display and push advertisements. In the screenshot you can see how much I've spent on the advertisements and how much revenue I've generated from leads.

As for an answer to your question, you'll need to perform SEO and content marketing to get traffic to your website. Either that or do what I do and buy ads.

>> No.13297679

>>13297645
Yeah it's inconsistent at times but the key is to diversify and have multiple profitable campaigns at all times. I know guys making $50k+ per day for years now. Even I've been making over $1k a day consistently recently. $12k in the last 10 days. Not bad for a uni student.

Which ad provider do you use? Should I should use IG and FB or Twitter? Should I make a blog? What is SEO? And should I do meme content to generate views?

I use sites like PropellerAds, Zeropark and Exoclick. I don't use the big ones like Facebook/IG/Twitter because they are for different kinds of ads.

Nice job OP! Do you make custom landers or is it direct to offer? Also, what’s a good network to join these days?

>> No.13297740

>>13297731
Yeah I make mostly custom landers and also use spy-tools to rip other people's landers. I generally split-test with direct linking but 9 times out of 10 the lander performs much better. Good networks are Clickdealer, maxbounty, mobidea, etc.

>>13297761
Cheers mate! Check out affiliatefix forum, there's some good beginner guides there and nice follow-alongs you can look at to see what people are doing. I got started a while back with just posting affiliate links on fb groups and stuff but then joined STM forum and affiliatefix and started doing popup ads. I really only started getting serious mid 2018

That you again? I think I remember a post from way back, like mid 2018ish. U talked about clickbank and so forth and how u got people to sign sruff with minigames and so on. Is this you, anon?

I have a bit more of a backend question: How do you operate payouts? Do you have a legit bank transfer or is it paypal or even crypto? Given I would funnell the profits into crypto and wouldnt want to go the digital->fiat->digital route. That possible and workable with the taxman (or better yet inkognito)?

Im too much of an offline person to do this myself, but this may become interesting for a team of close friends from university

Learn some basic HTML/CSS/JS and join Affiliatefix and STM forums and start reading the beginner guides. I'd recommend having around $1-2k to start with and be prepared to lose money for a while until you can find profitable placements and blacklist the bad placements.

When I'm not actively creating campaigns I spend maybe 30mins to 1hr a day on optimising my current campaigns. If I'm grinding hard and launching campaigns then maybe 3-4 hours a day.

Nah I'm not in any discords or anything like that, I just use Skype to talk to my affiliate managers to find out new offers and negotiate payout bumps if I'm doing well on a particular offer. When I started getting serious in July last year it took me about 2 months until I started being profitable. In that time I was down $2500 before I turned it around with some profitable campaigns. Despite what the jealous bloke thinks there is some skill involved. Namely programming and big-data analysis.

Also to answer your question about wagecucking. I don't want to but I am applying for graduate roles in cyber security mainly so my resume will actually have work-experience on it. Plus it feels like a waste of a degree if I don't do something with it. Besides, I can still do affiliate marketing whilst having a full-time job considering I only spend 3 hours at the most on it per day, usually much less.

yeah i used to earn a lot more 3-4 years ago, had a successful affiliate site and made $300-500 per day but that stuff wasn't really sustainable. Google traffic is a bitch and it's a lot harder to rank these days compared to 2012-2015. Paid traffic sounds great, i have some experience with building websites, LP design and conversion optimization/tracking but so far i haven't really tried anything except AdWords because of the upfront investment.. Spent around $25,000 on AdWords and made good money before i got banned from the affiliate program kek

Your posts have inspired me to really take a second look at paid traffic, really appreciate your update. I also saw your previous post a week or two ago. Keep it up. I'll let you know if i get started.

I'm wondering how Brave / BAT Ads will change the game at all.

It's super early to get in on the ground floor of BAT Ads, so theoretically there's a lot of money to be made if it pans out. Seems a lot more promising and less scammy than a bunch of pajeets clicking your clickbait links anyways.
