Yes, like any comfy job you must rely on the incompetence of others to maximize comfort/increase your rate of pay.

At my last job I got paid for 40 hours but was only there about 28 of those. Of those 28 I worked 15 TOPS (got paid to watch Telly and shitpost) with a little work mixed in.

I took a higher paying job since then but if you can get a job where you only actually work a quarter of the time your “rate” goes way up. Try it anon!
