1. You bought it on it's own downtrend
2. You bought it while it was stagnating aka lacked volume, thus making the next point occur more easily
3. BTC is dominating the value of alts listed on exchanges

Get out while you still can, alts are going to suffer for a couple of more days while BTC goes even higher before dumping back down.
