Type up your resume and start looking for new jobs. You should be applying to new jobs every 2 weeks if you have a job and several time a day if you are unemployed or underemployed. Go to the interview ask for more money than you are being paid even if the salary advertised was less. Eventually some one will pay you more. You will get more experience, and re write your resume and the cycle continues.
