The value will be from supply and demand, from a dynamic market driven supply. Anyone will be able to host and earn holo fuel, just like lettuce.

It's an internal supply/demand free market economy for a decentralized web that eventually equalises through natural market forces into a "token" that is value stable regardless of its price.
