What was your biggest crypto mistake?

for me it was trading with coinbase. fuckers charge ridiculous fees and take forever to process transactions so that sweet sweet profit is lost

This

I've been fucked over so many times by these cunts. My bank transfer cleared like 2 weeks ago and I still have like another week until I can send my BTC to a decent exchange. They say it's for "security" reasons but it's really just for the sole purpose of forcing you to do more trades on it.

They don't expect you to buy and hold. They expect us to look at the volatile prices and do constant trading. To buy bitcoin and then sell it is like 4% in fees. These guys are holding my money hostage at this point, I can't even withdraw it back.

In my country, any crypto purchased with another crypto triggers taxation. So if I want to buy say LTC, I then buy the usdc and use it to buy LTC yay no % fee but rip cause taxes.

If I however just use my card that thankfully is pretty much instant than I do get some % fee from coinbase but using fiat to buy crypto does not trigger taxation.

Things are not always black and white my dude.

Laws differ depending on country. I know it`s sounds horrbile and it is, I know people who have discovered this after a lot of trading back and fort that got justed when it was time to file the tax returns.

I was lucky and figured this out after 3-4 trades so I just go fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat because under such trades it`s only taxes on gains when I sell for fiat.

Also, you are a mongoloid because USDC is NOT instantly available unless you are paying via wire x-fer or DEBIT. You pay a fee for a wire-xfer also. If you were going to do a wire you would just buy USD because it's always worth $1.00 and not $0.995

You are a broke faggot and it's easy to tell. Nobody buys large amounts of crypto with their fucking debit card. Had you ever made a large buy, you'd know that the shit is NOT instantly available to be traded - you cannot send your shit to other exchanges (or even pro) for 4-5 days (business days), UNLESS you buy with debit or wire. Wire x-fer = fee. You are a mouth breathing neckbearded larper.

Real estate fag and had a client who got sent fake wiring instructions via a hacked title company on a $1.1 million Beach lot. Had to get the secret service to do a kill transfer. Was fucking insane. Anyways, the bank ended up holding it for 60 days despite the Feds sending it back and it was so the bank could make daily interest for as long as possible. Also, banks can loan up to 10 xs on deposits which I assume they did in that $1.1 mil as well. Almost fucked my deal up but I eventually got my $33K commish check.

You are just retarded.

If you are dollar cost averaging to hold, which you should be doing, coinbase pro charges basically no fee to limit buy and withdraw to your wallet.

If you want to trade 1 minute charts aka gamble just use bitmex.
