Spend time with friends or family. Start going to church and get active in the community. Bible study is unironically my favorite part of the week. Spend 1-2 hours talking about biblical philosophy with a bunch of 20 and 30-somethings who are literally the nicest and most genuine people I've ever met.

Also life is 10000x better when you don't think your existence is meaningless. God loves you and you were created with a purpose. It's your responsibility to do something with all that.

Honestly at first I went cause gf wants to get married in a church but the nice people and surprising amount of cool philosophy kept me going.

I actually asked the priest how to develop a relationship with God and he said to start by just appreciating God in your every day life. So I started just thanking God for things I enjoyed. Starting stopping to appreciate the little things in life and thank God for them. Nature helps, God created all the beautiful plants and adorable animals we see every day for us to enjoy. It sounds lame but you gotta start small.

Philosophically, we've talked about why bad things happen if God loves us (hint: God gave us free will and that means sometimes people do bad things). Its mostly dissecting parables, theres a lot of meaning in the stories in the Bible.

All our knowledge and theories come after the Big Bang, which there are also flaws in the Big Bang such as it wasn’t possible under our current laws of physics.
