I'm not really buying on his advice, I'm buying because Peter Brandt has called things before and is highly regarded. What is his ability to control the market by shilling his views? When he called XLM to go down below 3k sats, it seemed to follow the next day.

This is true. What I'm saying is, this may be perceived as very bullish because he isn't some BTC permabull, he is a respected trader. If he is calling for a parabolic phase, maybe he can meme it into reality. Also it is possible that others are seeing that pattern, coming up with the same analysis as well. I looked into some other research and decided I am buying next dip. I'm putting half in if we dip back to 4850, will buy more if we bounce off the 4400 support line.
