The bear market and stimulant addiction has enlarged my thyroid, biz. Would being less stressed and taking a break from stimz make it shrink?

Imagine needing stims to be active and motivated. Setting yourself up to be more of a burn-out than you already are

Its a self diagnosis. I think my adrenal glands are fried and that effects the endocrine system which moderates the thyroid. Plus stress increases cortisol and that effects the thyroid as well and can cause it to act up and get larger.

I just dont know if it will shrink on its own or if i need surgery or something. Was hoping someone here had thyroid issues since 50% of people get them and i was hoping for some opinions

Less stress, less sip, and take kelp tablets for the thyroid.

dont take any meds, like 99% just fuck you up and make things worse.
vast majority of shit can be fixed by proper nutrition, sports, losing weight and not drinking alc/smoking.

seriously you should only take chems (and only temporary) if you have some sort of rare ass desease that gets cured by that. pharma has become largly a big fat rip off, especially with mood changers and everything psychiatric.

No they haven't. You're not smart and you're not qualified to self diagnose.
Personally I would get myself checked out for thyroid cancer, but you do you.
