Did I fuck up when I purchased Chinese Pandas? Would there ever be a stigma against which country your gold came from? I liked the 1 gram pieces but I want to consolidate my pandas in to a Gold Buffalo.

Any gold is good to own no matter which country you are in...just don’t pay too much for fancy because if you sell it’s usually sold near spot

I only paid a small premium, I like to have some of my PMs in fractional sizes. Do you know if the Chinese mint seal has PVC in it? I'm considering moving them to air tites.

When it comes to gold try to buy as close to spot as possible because you're only going to get spot when you sell it back

I hope it's foil-wrapped lead.

Good luck. I had three that i got in trade and unloading them was difficult as fuck. No one wants to pay for a massively expensive tiny piece of metal from the country that is virtually synonymous with counterfeit shit.
Yeah, you can sell it. Be prepared to spend a shit ton of time proving it's authentic, because the default position is that anything that has any connection with China is NOT.
Personally, if I were absolutely convinced it WAS real gold, I'd only buy it for about 80% of spot value just because of the shit I'd have to deal with when I need to unload it.

Should've just saved up for the buffalo. Imo Krugerrands are the only gold coin you should focus on. Once SA collapses and niggers just fail at maintaining the SA mint the krugerrand will be no more. Which I think will make them very very valuable decades in the future

as long as you know they weigh 30 grams and not 31.1034 like an ounce coin does.

Holy shit tell me you're kidding.
If you aren't, just back away from the keyboard, there's no reason for you to even be in a real life conversation about almost anything, much less business, investing, or specifically precious metals.

What’s so great about that over American gold? I’m diversifying my shit a bit, got a little bit of pre 1933 stuff.

Vrenelis can be bought/sold/traded at or close to spot, anywhere on the planet.
I would say the same about the Krugerrand, but Vrenelis have the advantage that if you decide to sell, you won't have to sell an entire ounce at once.

I don't care about pre-any or numismatics. Just buying/selling gold at best value.

Good info. Yeah most of my holdings is bullion but if you look around you can get some old coins for not much over spot anyways so why not
