Any tips for becoming a better trader? I only own less than 1 LTC and I have no idea about analyzing charts or trends.

My experience with crypto so far is simply buying and hoping for the best.

Sell your LTC for BTC deposit to bitmex. Short of long with 25x leverage so your little baby bank can have a better chance of growing.

If you just keep 1 LTC and do nothing with it it’s a waste IMO.

Trade your litecoin for bitcoin immediately. Then learn about support and resistance. Especially support as that's where the buyers are. When that support gives out, it tends to become the new resistance, especially when we're in an overall bear market. Buy when you go below that support and sell at the new resistance. Wash rinse repeat. You're now a /biz/ certified trader.
