Hello cryptofriends, has anyone any experience in opening/managing a parking lot business?
There will be soon a call for bids for the managment of a parking lot in front of the beach for the the summer seasons (3 years) in my local area, and i was thinking join in, but i have no previous experience.
Anyone has some useful suggestions/ideas? Mainly how to start it, if there's any special equipment/software or whatever, and any issue i should be really careful about.
Thanks!

Interesting. I've heard parking garages were good investments, curious about this as well is the city accepting bids on construction and management? Just management? If not the city is it privately owned?

Maybe if you live in some shithole coastal city, but where I am it is mostly hardworking and intelligent whites doing the investing and being entrepreneurial. If you aren't already cucked by kikes you a certainly never going to make it.
OP, do tell us more.

Hey fren. Investing in parking lots doesn't seem the best idea as we are moving towards automation and self-driving cars. Unless of course you somehow snag a corporate deal where Google pays you monthly to store their fleet of autonomous vehicles.

Have you considered buying LINK instead?
