Have about 90k in 401k 100k in bank and 40k in crypto.
Regarding crypto, 20% is in BTC and ETH and rest are low cap alts.
1. Should I stop contributing to 401k and instead put in crypto?
2. Should I add more to ETH ? What is a good number of BTC and ETH to retire?

youre in a good positon OP, im in similar standing but with my savings lower.

I would contribute to 401k still just enough to ensure employer match(assuming youre doing higher contribution) and dollar cost average 500 into btc, and 500 into eth monthly/each check. continue to build savings in bank for a property.
