Do you buy or acknowledge anything currently being sold that will be of higher value in 10+ years time?

I’m 28 years old and completely out of touch with what is having the biggest impacts on kids / early teens at the present moment. Pokemon had such a huge impact on kids worldwide so anyone with investment savvy in the late 90s / early 2000s would have seriously capitalised on it. Do you believe there are any similar crazes just now that have investment potential, or do you recognise non-craze things such as current Lego sets, sealed Marvel merchandise etc to be worth investing in for the long term? What is the likelihood of that kind of stuff being mass produced right NOW giving a decent return on investment in the 10+ year timeframe?

Lego has gone the way of many collectibles such as table top games and majority of figures and trading card games, by that I mean printing into oblivion.
If you have a way of knowing the printrun of certain SKUs I'd say go for it (the only example I can think is Rudy Alpha Investment patreon where such info is available behind a 10$ paywall)
Good luck

For awhile you could just buy some anime figures from Japan and flip em for 1.5x to 3x within 6 months. Gotta sell your inventory though or you risk the manufacturers doing another production run driving prices back down.

Seen that guys YouTube channel a while back, seemed a bit off to me, like he’s trolling/scamming people who don’t know shit about collectibles investing but who want in on it...

That's because he combines trolling and being a personality with good advice. I've been buying and flipping MTG collections for awhile (And speculating on certain cards). It's a great way to make extra $$$. I know some popel who also buy and flip retro video game stuff. But IMO that's much riskier, especially with so many companies remaking consoles and games.

Yeah I kinda see what you mean, Just watched his video on re-entry into the wotc Pokemon booster box arena and he was giving out some pretty sound advice.

I buy collector oriented action figures like pic related.

Some lines get really expensive on the secondary market, and just get more expensive with age.
