Give myself a 100k salary for the year.
I'd make a few small buildings where i would let startups live in there to build their companies. I take a small amount of equity and they have 6-12 months to produce a MVP which can be taken to market.
I would do the same thing again for scientists but with bounties. (Example 1M for best creation)
I wouldn't give my friends and family money , but i would ask them to make a business plan , so that they can grow their wealth as well. So they won't need my money.

I don't know if you've ever been to /r9k/, but kissless perma-virgins like me don't exactly live very long. Even if I lost my V card like in this scenario, I'd still be alone in the end. I've always wanted a basement, but the soil around here makes it so not many houses have them. It can be done, it's just expensive. The house would be 3 stories, not including the basement. It'd have a pool, too. Upkeep should be around 30-50k a year.

Id buy a couple cars that I've wanted since childhood. No Ferraris or lambos. The most expensive would be a Shelby cobra that was always my end goal in gran turismo 2. The other cars are old and range from 15k-50k. Like a 1929 mercedes ssk.

Id make sure my immediate family was taken care of. Parents get 100mil. Sister gets some, but not sure how much. I don't have many friends anymore, but there are some people at work that make the day better. Id give them enough to retire. They deserve it.

After that, id probably just indulge in some hobbies. Maybe video game collecting/preservation. Repairing old damaged carts and putting them back out into the world would be fun. I've always wanted to learn to solder. MJ would be grown in the basement, so id just turn my brain off and do my hobbies until the initial giddyness of winning wears off. Afterwards id use some money to travel and find someone to spend my life with.

Altogether, id need 210-250m to do that. The 1.6 billion is too much. Even today's Powerball is like 400m after taxes. The chances of winning are slim to none, but it's fun to dream.
