Basically means that investors are bidding en mass on long term bonds. Driving down their yield.

Copy pasta:
Historically, inversions of the yield curve have preceded many of the U.S. recessions. Due to this historical correlation, the yield curve is often seen as an accurate forecast of the turning points of the business cycle. A recent example is when the U.S. Treasury yield curve inverted in late 2005, 2006, and again in 2007 before U.S. equity markets collapsed. The curve also inverted in late 2018. An inverse yield curve predicts lower interest rates in the future as longer-term bonds are demanded, sending the yields down.

2.31 = 2 year yield rate
2.44 = 10 year yield rate

But ok you wait. I sold half of my stocks yesterday. Time will tell if i was wrong...
In the mean time Soros increased his short position from 3% to 16%; Buffet is paying $29 million dollars to keep his money out of the market ($55 billion of it).

Can you explain what you mean by this? He's sitting on the side lines and losing inflation? He's leveraged so much that those are his margin costs? I don't understand how you lose that much a day
