If everyone believes that it is going to bounce back and is this excited to buy back in at a low price, that means the bottom is already in, or we got extremely close. Even the bears seem to think BTC will at least rally for the halvening. If you all are sitting here waiting to buy cheap BTC, its never going to happen.
