How is it so easy for Disney to buy up these companies? Most of these companies that are being bought by them aren’t majorly failing/declining. Granted, the simpsons has begun to die quite a while ago after the change in writers and modernization of the series, but Lucas Films, MSM, involvement in the battlefield series (I know they gave EA a lot of creative liberty, but that fucked it up in a different way), these all went down the shitter after Disney touched them. Why don’t companies that are relatively well off learn from these past events? Not to give in to the mass media powerhouse. This is such bullshit.
