I would recommend either mechanical or electrical (which is the hardest).

also if you want luck in landing a job post graduation get to the best school possible for you. better ranked, better rep, etc.

get a high gpa (at least > 3.0 gpa) and start from your first year on wards applying for internships. you want at least 1 but aim for 2.
