Can bitcoin be charged back? Im trying to sell an account to someone who claims they will send the BTC first and that it's not possible to be scammed this way. Is this true?

Any Blockchain explorer, just type your adress or the tx of the transaction and then they will pop up the amount of confirmations, the most easiest to use and understand is blockchain.info
