Do you guys think if someone is able to program microorganisms with smart contracts than bio-terrorism can evolve into a pay in some x crypto or these bacteria gonna go bananas in your body? Or do we have to wait for the implanted wallet chip that makes us like cyborga before something like that could happen and would it be in ourlifetime given the rate of tech/software development AND LASTLY, what would be the price of BTC and ETH?

why not just put them in a capsule and strap it to a drone? Have a cloud server calculate areas with highest concentration of your target demographic through meme learning and data analytics. Upload the results to a smart contract in real time and have drones on standby in city
