It’ll tank, obviously. People will horde dollars, which happen to be the most sought after currency in the world.

A global economic crisis will be the best thing that ever happened to crypto

>people will horde an inflationary asset which has a value only because the government says it does

That's a good question that I don't know the answer to. It also depends on the crisis. If it's used to facilitate capital flight from a country that's trying to prevent it then it could be good for crypto in the short term. If there's a global financial meltdown then it could be bad for crypto because less money is going into speculation.

Doesn’t matter. Look at Venezuela. Everyone is throwing their “”””money””””” into either stocks or crypto, because crypto is actually more stable than their native currency.
Everyone knows what bitcoin is now, so when a crisis comes along they’ll know where to go.

That’s because they have no direct access to USD. Why are you talking about shit you know nothing about? Just fuck off back to your shack, brainlet.

If there’s a crisis in the us in which the dollar saw a large spike in inflation there would be a similar reaction.

Long term, it will pave the way for global mass scale adoption.

Short term it will all go to shit and if you think otherwise you are a ducking delusional moonboy brainlet

Buy gold and silver THEN buy crypto at the bottom

Ok grandpa

>> No.13020219

Obviously bitcoin will moon

Everything is digital nowadays, big companies won't be able to trade or keep working with gold, they will just jump into something that is tradeable and electronical, the big economical collapse is just the fiat collapse, the economical production will keep going if all the companies adopt something else

There is a chance though that the govt will try to confiscate crypto like if it were gold, which they can't so it would likely form a big bubble and a diamond gold run that would be unbelievable big

>> No.13020229

Guys just so you know this has already happened in the past! It's the reason for the massive jump in '13!

Anyone that doesn't think economic collapse is massively bullish for crypto is a newfag!
