one time I was in mcdonalds and I saw a literal boomer retiree eating there (as is usual, if you notice mcdonalds often has a lot of old people hanging out). the guy was talking to his friend and said something along the lines of "I love McDonald's, they're the only company that the more money you give them the better they keep getting" IDK why but this boomer's comment stuck with me, probably because I found it weird that someone could be loyal to mcdonalds, but also because I thought about it and realized he is right, McDonald's is always improving

Yeah well the Fed has to lock up some of its liquidity one way or another to make it appear as if the Dollar is more scarce than it is despite rampant printing at the [digital] money press.

From what i saw boomers especially complain about "fries used to be better", i think they changed the oil after some health outcry bullshit forced them to.

Entire stock market is up and McDonald's is one of the best known brands on the planet and is on every street corner. I hear stories about Sears and shit like that closing down or Starbucks closing a lot of stores at once but I've never seen anything in the news that's memorable where "ahhh McDonald's closed 1000 stores on the east coast of the US ', or "oh my god McDonald's can't make any money in Australia"

It's not the best food on the planet but people still eat this shit

>> No.12997151

it's been profitable. they removed dollar menu and their lines are still out the door in drive in. added quality stuff. trump is basically advertising it all the time.

I went to McDonald's today and got a Filet-O-Fish combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. I was eating it in my vehicle in the parking lot and listening to an audiobook when I glanced up and saw the McDonald's worker I ordered outside having a cigarette.

She waved at me and I nodded and had to wait 7 minutes before she went back inside and I could eat in comfort again. I don't think that employees should be bothering or even trying to socialize with customers outside of the McDonald's restaurant or drive through, but that is another story.

I went to McDonald's for dinner tonight and got a McChicken combo with a bacon cheeseburger on the side. As I was driving to the second window the same girl was still working. She was acting somewhat obsequious and attempting small talk when she asked, 'why don't you come eat inside instead of in the parking lot where it is cold'.

That really bothered me for many reasons. First of all, I don't want my routine or actions to be tracked by a fast food employee. Secondly, she should not try to tell me how I should live my life. I do not want to eat inside because I find it less comfortable and would much rather be inside my vehicle listening to an audiobook and enjoying myself and my privacy.

Overall, I think it was very unprofessional to bring this up. I should have a clean slate with each drive through visit, not have to get the third degree because I committed some sort of faux pas. Which I don't think I did, because I often see people eating in fast food parking lots. How does she know I am not busy going to work or somewhere in a rush?

How do you feel about eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant versus eating inside the restaurant?

eating in your vehicle in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant is just one of the endless examples of an eroded humanity among the public. the world's most powerful fast food company, with a mascot as recognizable as Jesus or Santa Claus, exploits its workers in low pay, grueling, high volume conditions. notice in this story when the laborer was tragically fulfilling her (also corporatized) habit of smoking and tried to express a bit of humanity the OP recoiled, as if she were inhuman, merely an object within the international corporate machine of mcdonald's (in his local manifestation). but the tragedy was compounded as the OP had chosen to strip himself of his humanity, separating himself from the public dining hall for his own private dining vestibule, a machine built to combust petroleum and accelerate its mass for road travel. to substitute the chatter of the herd his subconscious so badly longs for he listens to an audiobook while he eats his mcchicken, afraid to glance out his window may he gaze upon the socially designed public eating space he has forsaken for his prison, or worse yet one of the other sad souls who like him, has given up their humanity in exchange for greater security.

They have great tactics. They give FREE espresso coffee to boomers here in Australia. You are meant to buy something but the 'seniors' button works without anything extra. These old folk go multiple times a day to different stores and you think they are rorting the system but no! They bring their GRANDKIDS who get addicted to the food designed to give food highs. I now have multiple family members, as kids, who practically refused to eat normal food. A serious problem.

She probably meant that it has chunks of fruit in ti since it's a smoothie. The milkshake is straight liquid. Some people probably complained in the past that they didn't like fruit chunks or whatever.

Same as peanut butter, where you have the crunchy version and normal version. Americans can be retarded but not that retarded.

That's however not the only thing. They changed the potato sort and use some shitty chemicals for shit i forgot nowadays. Basically quality went down in every manner.

Negroes.
This isn't about stock or planning, it's about the fact that McD's spends a shit ton of advertising revenue directed at blacks, and the facts that blacks consider every penny they have as disposable income at all times and buy shit like - you guessed it - McDonalds.
We keep giving free shit to blacks. Lots of it. Free money, benefits that keep them from having to spend any of the money they have, whatever, and as the American public has dumbed down, blacks have dumbed down 200% faster. Most younger blacks today can barely operate a microwave, much less cook a meal.
McD's will always be rock solid in the economy, they've got a good formula for success.
