The stop on a sell. The stop executes the sell. You put your limit a little below that to ensure it sells before the price dumps. Ex: Stop 100 (execute limit at 100) limit(98 when stop executes limit, I will sell for anything greater than or equal to 98)

Depends on the platform,but I'm pretty sure I remember you can on Binance. Look for market stop or something like that. Otherwise just use a really low limit

And yeah that is the problem in a flash dump. You can just set a really low limit if you want to ensure your funds will sell and don't care about what price. Ie you could put a stop at 100 and a limit of 1 dollar.
