I doubt this, unless they instigate one of the largest p and d's in history. Also the news is 15 days old. Convince me to buy in and I'll throw some money at it. I also know some insiders who run those korean "accelerator" programs which basically strong arm exchanges into listing crappy projects. Never heard of this being mentioned by any of them.
