For ethereum, what's the most paranoid secure paper wallet method to make that leaves 0% digital trace?

Also is trezor and nano S safe? Could it be that in a few years a back door is found (oh noes) and every ledger/trezor is withdrawn instantly? Or should I just get back on my medication?
