Not sure what you are complaining about OP? No wife or kids is a positive at this point of your life. Do you how many of my friends or people in general are strapped down being wageslaves to support their kids and girlfriends. I always wonder how people end up like this. It's not like it happens overnight, you actually have to fail at life for multiple years in row without even trying to fix your shit.
Luckily, it is never too late to fix your life. Literally, get a fucking job if you don't have one, doesn't matter which one. You need consistent cash flow.
Get a haircut, shave your neckbeard off, join a fucking gym if you're overweight, get fit, and get some good looking clothes. Congratz you can now consider yourself almost a normie.
You don't need any friends. Fuck that shit. What you need is some women in your life that you can fuck. That's where "The Rational Male" comes in, the best book you will ever read. If you are decently looking with some good clothes it won't be a problem to get a chick. It's really not that hard, I was in the same position in my early 20s and fixed everything in less than a year. Now I have multiple plates that I fuck every week and feel like a champ.

This anon speaks mostly truth. You shouldnt expect to have multiple bitches in less than a year though, it takes time to get to that point and you should be happy with 1 or even 2 at a time.

Another thing to consider is quitting booze while you do this. Its a depressant and acts as such for days after the initial good buzz

>Get a haircut, shave your neckbeard off, join a fucking gym if you're overweight, get fit, and get some good looking clothes

Horrible advice from someone who's never struggled with dating. I bought into the /fit/ meme, used to workout for two hours a day, and spent over $200 on hair; still in OP's boat. Lifting will not fix an ugly face but money will make women hopefully ignore it, perhaps even for long enough for them to get to know someone beyond said face and genuinely like them as a person.

The last bit is some optimism though. OP's best bet is to get rich or at least to make enough regularly off of investments to not work a 9-5 job, avoid flaunting cash or otherwise attracting potential gold-diggers, and to spend most of his new leisure time chasing tail across the globe. Different cultures find different things attractive and if height is OP's problem that's also a thing that varies; a manlet in Sweden isn't necessarily one in Southeast Asia. Plastic surgery also becomes an option.
