We can all agree that we'd rather hang out with some fintech nerd who meditates and drinks onions lattes. Opposed to some slopey shouldered, greasy banker boomer type.

Society likes convenience, technology makes things more convenient.
Technology improves healthcare, people also like this.
I want more people spending time on this.

Never seen before technology is emerging.
The kind of technological breakthrough not seen for 50 years.

How does more value flow into the hands of the technologist, the people who are generally making our lives more comfortable and convenient.."hang on, my uber is here."

How can value be fairly distributed across the economy; those who earn it are fully compensated. If you are delivering world changing tech you deserve more reward than the aforementioned slopey shouldered boomer type.

Many of these technologies have a token share model that will capture the value of the sectors they serve, almost mathematically.

The largest redistribution of value is about to occur. And (YOU) anon have the comfy front row seat.

Technology always wins.
