I'm starting my Business Studies degree in September, but everyone I've seen online says they do Business Managment, is it the same degree but with a different name or is there an actual difference?

why don't you open up your ole pal Google and find out what courses are required for each

Accounting is the only good business degree.

>Business Studies degree in September
why?
what do you want to do for a living?

Business studies has accounting modules, I've chose it because I'm not sure what path I'd like to take but this has a few, so you can progress on whatever you're good at, and can always do masters if you really take to one

I'm not too sure yet, sales or marketing probably, I'm 21 and a night manager for a store so I already have some Managment experience, but I don't want to manage in retail anymore

so worthy of some trolling, but i'm in a good mood today, so i'll be helpful.

1. figure out what you want to do for a living
>not a job title, what do you want to spend your days doing that is worth getting paid for?
2. business management is a meme degree. there are things you ought to learn like; vertical integration, profit & loss, corporate structures, some law, contract law for sure, labor laws, suggest learning all that you can from youtube for free, pay a little for lynda dot com, read books by/about trump, kiyosaki, ayn rand, warren buffet, etc...
3. start a small business, even if it is just a lemonade stand, and practice whether you fail or not, you learn. and if you do want to slave away making another guy rich, at least you'll know your shit from experience and not just classroom bullshit.

Thanks man, I don't see a way of getting anything better then what I have now if I don't bite the bullet to gain some skills

dont
worthless
middle management hires from within, lower management hires from within. Upper management, fuck off lol, they might get outsiders, but, you arent getting there.

Good business degrees:
Accounting
Finance (if you go to top tier school, 3.6+ or Finance+maths/engg/physics/statistics/actuary)

Who the fuck will hire you?
