How much Eth to make it? I have about 40 ETH but thinking of getting 100 more.

There will only ever be about 100 million-ish ETH and more and more is getting tied up every day in various schemes.

If you have 100 eth that means you personally control 1/1000000th of the entire supply. This is a significant amount if ETH gets adopted.
