Stack boxes? I have a hard time carrying groceries. I cant walk while carrying more than 20lbs which still hurts my knees bad. My bad leg cant push a leg press with zero weights on it which is 20lbs.

I got hit by a semi truck years ago while riding a motorcycle. I broke my legs and fucked my knees, I have titanium rods and screws in them but one didn't heal right at all and my ankle cant really bend either. My knees are both shot. That was also one of my 4 traumatic brain injuries. I walked with a heavy limp for 2 years. I walk pretty decent now but I cant run or jump.

Im happy though. I thought Id never walk again. It took 6 months to be able to gimpy walk. Im in pain everyday but other than that life is good and I eat well.
