I own 2 apartments. I rent out the smallest for $1370 and my expenses are $517 a month. I have a good wagecuck that pays her rent on time.

Used to rent out the extra room in the apartment I live in (for 65% of the expenses) but my gf moved into the apartment and I would rather have the extra space now.
