My mom is stopped working a year ago because she was involved in a small accident.

She made good money but now she is a shadow of her former self

She opened a LoC with a 5k cap and I think theres like 3-400 left until she reaches the cap.

My father and I are unable to pay her debt - because the first time she spent 5k my dad paid it off entirely and now history has repeated.

She thinks she's going to get disability money, keyword here is "THINKS", no one in my family believes she's going to get that disability money, she's been through countless lawyers...

If they keep turning her down for disability money and she can't make the minimum monthly payment what is the bank going to do and whats the process?
