The early investors have been tricking out. And they will sell more frequently when the toll gets lower. When the toll is low enough more will sell. By then there aren’t anymore funds to dump, like the normal dumps you would see. By then, LTO will have gained followers and investors that are willing to buy any dumps because they believe in the project.
