If you think they won't bring mainnet with limited nodes that have already been involved in testing to get things up and running, you are clueless. The way they bring up mainnet and expand the node network will be very controlled. My guess is they already have the nodes ready to go they will start with - and have been testing and working with them already. They are not going to bring up mainnet and make it a fucking free for all for wannabenode operators ... that will get phased in over time.
